Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

At Shai'z Essencia, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. We kindly request that you review the following terms before completing your purchase.

Order Processing & Delivery

• Orders are usually processed and dispatched within two working days.

• All orders are dispatched only after successful order confirmation.

• We offer delivery services throughout Pakistan.

• We are not responsible if the courier service causes the delay.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders.

• For online payment, full payment will be ensured before processing and shipment.

Returns & Replacements

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product received is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

To qualify for a replacement claim:

• The product must remain unused.

• All original packaging must be intact.

• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

• Clear photographic or video evidence of the damage or defect must be provided.

Refund & Replacement Procedure

After reviewing and approving your claim, we will offer one of the following solutions:

• A replacement product (subject to availability), or

• A full refund if a replacement cannot be provided.

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method and may take a few business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Delayed Refunds

If your refund has not yet been received:

Promotional & Discounted Products
